Issue:
Troubleshoot for an EEF1 fault on a Process Drive
Product Line:
Altivar 6xx and 9xx Process Drives
Environment:
All
Cause:
An error of the internal memory of the control block has been detected.
Resolution:
Verify the environment (electromagnetic compatibility).
This detected error requires a power reset. Remove line voltage until the display goes all the way out. Then reapply line voltage.
If cycling line voltage doesn't clear the fault, save your programming in the keypad or SoMove, and perform a factory reset.
After factory reset cycle line voltage again.
If the fault remains, drive replacement is required.
