Issue:
Drive is showing tnF (autotune fault) when the drive is turned on
Product Line:
ATV320
Environment:
ATV320 all series
Cause:
ATV320 is showing tnF at the moment to turn on the drive.
Resolution:
Confirm if motor is connected to the drive.
If motor is connected, there should be a problem with the feedback of the motor.
It will be important to double check the terminals, cables, and motors. If it is possible megger the motor.
If motor is not connected to the drive take a double look in the “Automatic Autotune” parameter. If this parameter is active the drive will be trying to get the feedback from the motor, but there is no motor to provide a feedback for doing the autotune of the motor.
