.HMIX extension files are exported from Vijeo Designer HMI applications that are used to create solutions for an add-on called Intelligent Data Services (IDS). IDS is a tool that runs on a Windows Server that is used to comply with FDA Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures standard "CFR 21 Part 11". for the Food and Pharmaceuticals industry.
To perform this export:
1) Right-click on the name of the HMI ("Target1" is the default name)
2) Choose "Export..." from the context menu
A Validation of the project will occur.
3) Save the file:
