Problem:
Users are not able to access the HTTPS web interface of an AP44xxA Automatic Transfer Switch. May receive warnings of invalid certificates
Environment:
AP44xxA Automatic Transfer Switches with an embedded NMC3
Solution:
The default certificate that is preconfigured on the NMC may have an invalid date, which will prevent users from accessing the HTTPS web interface. Users unable to web can log into the ATS using the provided serial cable, and enable HTTP to web in.
After logging in via HTTP, delete the previous certificate by navigating to Configuration --> Network --> Web --> SSL Certificate, and selecting the "Remove" selection, then click apply.
