When rack access handles are unplugged on NetBotz 750, alerts are sent for both unplugged and re-plugged events

Cause:
When rack access handles are disconnected from the NetBotz / pods, you will see both an unplugged as well as a re-plugged alert.

Resolution:
This issue will be resolved in a future revision.
