Support Team might ask for couple of diagnostic logs which are required for their investigation on a reported issue. Ecostruxure Process Expert has various logs at different locations and the details of logs and their Paths are given below.
1. Installation log file: C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Process Expert 2021\Ecostruxure Process Expert Installation.log
2. System server Logs: C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Process Expert 2021\Logs
3. System Server MiniDumps: C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Process Expert 2021\MiniDumps
4. Engineering Client Logs: C:\Users\"User Name"\AppData\Roaming\Schneider Electric\Process Expert 2021\Logs
5. Engineering Client MiniDumps: "C:\Users\"User Name"\AppData\Roaming\Schneider Electric\Process Expert 2021\MiniDumps"
6. Migration Logs: For the database that you have migrated, in the GLOBAL folder.
