Cause:
The Symmetra LX/RM product line is designed as a category C2 UPS product, which are typically used for non-residential environments. In a residential environment, this product may cause radio interference, in which case the user may be required to take additional measures.
In practice, there are no known issues with a Symmetra product causing interference for security systems or other common systems used in residential, commercial, or industrial spaces. Therefore, Symmetra are considered to be safe for use throughout Europe.

Resolution:

An official letter has been written with the above wording to alleiviate any concerns.
