After upgrading to NetBotz 5.5 firmware, clips are no longer attached to e-mail alerts.

Cause:
After upgrading to 5.5 some customers are experiencing an issue where e-mails are no longer sent.
Resolution:
This issue will be resolved in the 5.6 release but in the meantime, there is a workaround.
Go to the NetBotz top menu and choose Settings-->System-->E-mail
Regardless of "Connection Security" settings, make sure a user name is input into the "Authentications Settings" Username field.
This appears to resolve the issue based on the 5.5.0 upgrade.
