Stephane NUSS is the Cluster President for Schneider Electric in Thailand, Myanmar and Laos since the 1st of October 2020. He is leading the 200ME+ commercial operations with 1600+ employees in the territory and this for all the company business activities. Since more than 13 years in Schneider Electric, Stephane has alternated operational and functional leadership roles (entity management, strategy, sales, marketing) in different geographies (France, Middle East and Asia). In 2018 he relocated to Singapore from Turkey where he was during 4 years Gunsan Electric CEO (a company acquired by Schneider Electric) to take over the role of Vice President Marketing & Business Development for the East Asia Japan Zone. Stephane is a flexible, pragmatic and innovative International Business Leader known for his strategic thinking, his performance drive, his entrepreneur and dare to disrupt mindset. He started his career in 2003 in the energy, engineering and technology sector, working for the Alten Group and the Airwell Group, where he gained his experience in marketing and business development. Stephane graduated from the INSA Engineering School, Strasbourg France in 2002 with an Engineer Master’s degree and has also graduated from the HEC School of Management Paris, France in 2003 with a Master’s degree in MSc Marketing. Stephane is French, 44 years old, married with 3 children, he is based in Bangkok Thailand and is an active athlete, he ran multiple marathons, trails and performed several triathlons.

Mongkhon is currently a Cluster Vice President of Strategic & Key Accounts Division for Schneider Electric Thailand, Myanmar and Laos. He leads a passionate team to provide the leading technology, software and services to customers on key segments to make the energy safe and reliable, efficient and sustainable.  Mongkhon joined Schneider Electric Thailand since 2003 and worked in various roles from engineering, sales management, project management, key account management and leadership roles. He had been leading the project management and tendering supporting business growth in energy, industry, and data center area. He also plans and develops the digitization strategy with key partners on smart grid and new energy market.
