Issue:
Dissipated heat loss of the ATV630
Product Line:
Altivar 600 Process Drives
Environment:
All serial numbers for Altivar 600 Process Drives
Cause:
Cooling design
Resolution:
What is the difference between forced cooled and natural area in power dissipation?
Forced cooled is cooling the heatsink by fan and natural cooled is the circuit board area without a fan. Sum of both is needed when a drive will be inside an enclosure. Use values separately when using the flange kit to protrude the heatsink out the back of the enclosure and only the control parts are inside the enclosure.
