SCADAPack™ Smart RTUs and controllers combine the monitoring and communication capabilities of a remote terminal unit (RTU) with the processing and data-logging power of a programmable logic controller (PLC). The SCADAPack 470i combines an RTU/controller with a Linux® based edge computer into a single unit. The SCADAPack is optimal wherever remote processes require automatic supervision, autonomous control, and autonomous monitoring of highly dispersed assets.
