Resolution:
There are 3 main differences:
  1. AP9325 is used for the 300mm Gen1 InRow RC , InRow SC, InRow RD, and Environment  & Monitoring Systems, whereas the AP9326 is just for the Gen1 600mm InRow RP, RD, and RC
  2. The AP9326 is the extension cable of AP9325.
  3. The connection for AP9325 is RJ45, whereas the AP9326 connection is a 2 prong Molex connector.  Please see below:
