Resolution:
v3 informs only work under certain circumstances.
md5/des user/password must be 8-15 characters
md5/aes user/password must be 8-15 characters
sh1/aes user/password must be 16+ characters
sh1/des user/password must be 16+ characters
for md5 the user name and password only work if they are between 8-15 characters.
for sh1 the user name and password only work if they are >16 characters.
