Customers may want to retract or extend the rails of a sliding shelf.

Cause:
Rails may want to be extended or retracted to match where the rear mounting rails are installed.
Resolution:
The mounting rails of any sliding shelf should never be extended beyond the factory setting. Doing so will reduce the weight capacity of the sliding shelf.
