Shutdown Support
Resolution:
Begin at the home screen of the UPS.
Select the wrench key at the lower left of the screen.
Select the 'Operation' button
Select 'System Shutdown'
Follow the step by step outline for shutting down the UPS. After each step is completed the option will be grayed out. Some steps will automatically be completed for you.
