1.Cài đặt về mặc định nhà máy (nếu cần)
Vào menu Conf--->102 = 64, nhấn giữ Enter 2s
2. Cài đặt ngõ vào AI1 lấy tín hiệu từ cảm biến (4-20ma)
+ ConF-->Full-->200-->204-->204.0= 0A
+ ConF-->Full-->200-->204-->204.1=4
3. Cài đặt chức năng PID:
-ConF-->Full-->500-->59-->
+59.00 = 01
+ 59.05=01
+59.11= 0-100% (mức áp cần duy trì)
4. Cài đặt cho biến tần dừng khi đã đủ áp
+ ConF-->512.0 = tốc độ thấp, nếu đã đủ áp,biến tần chạy ở tốc độ này trong 1 thời gian trước khi dừng hẳn
+ ConF --> Full --> 500 --> 59 --> 512.1 = thời gian chạy ở tốc độ thấp --> 59.20 = Ngưỡng chạy lại (%)
VD: Cảm biến 0-10bar, biến tần chạy lại khi mức áp dưới 2 bar tức là ứng với 20% mức áp
--> chỉnh 59.2 = 20%
