Resolution
The following steps can be used to take the 'Control Expert' floating license offline.
- Open the 'Floating License Manager'.
- Open the FlexNet License Adminsitrator'.
- Click on OK
- Click on Activatable (If the ActivationID already activated, the icon will be greyed out but still selectable.).
- Click on Fullfillments
:
- Locate the Vender Product string and version.
- Enter the product name and version into the License Manager.
- Enter the duration.
- Click on the 'Take offline' button.
