- Cài chế độ PID
+ PID Feedback:
/ Type of control = Pressure
/ PID feedback = AI2 (4-20mA) (nếu đấu vào ngõ AI khác thì chọn tương ứng, sensor ap suất nối vào chân này)
/Min PID feedback = 0 bar
/Max PID feedback = 10 bar
2 số min PID và mã PId feedback cài tùy vào ngưỡng áp trên hệ thống
+ Reference:Cài đặt setpoint- tức là điểm đặt của mức áp suất muốn duy trì trên đường ống, khi > giá trị này thì biến tần giảm tốc, khi < hơn thì biến tần tăng tốc
/ Intern PID ref = Yes
/ Min PID ref = 0 bar
/ Max PID ref = 10 bar
/ Internal PID ref = 4 bar (ở đây ví dụ setpoint mong muốn là 4 bar)
+ Chức năng Sleep Wake Up:
Home / Complete Setting / Generic function / Sleep-Wakeup
+ Sleep menu:
Khi biến tần giảm tốc xuống low speed trong một thời gian sẽ sleep, cần để sleep min speed cao hơn low speed 1-2 hz (giả sử low speed cài là 25Hz thì sleep min speed cài 26Hz)
/ Sleep detect mode= speed
/Sleep min speed= 26Hz
/Sleep delay= 10s ( khi đủ áp, nếu áp không thay đổi biến tần sẽ giảm tốc xuống 25Hz trong vòng 10s sẽ ngủ)
+ Wake up menu:
/ wake up mode= Feedback
/ Wake up pressure level = 2.5 bar
Khi áp suất giảm xuống 2.5 bả (so với 4 bar setpoint) sẽ chạy lại
