Issue:
INF6 fault on the ATV32 drives

Cause:
Internal drive fault. The option card installed is not recognized.
Resolution:
Check to see if any of the pins are bent on the drive where the option card plugs in.
Try swapping the option cards to see if the problems stays with the drive or follows the card.
If the drive faults without an option card then a replacement drive may be needed.
