NOTE: PowerChute Business Edition v10.0.5 is the last revision of PowerChute Business Edition. PowerChute Business Edition has been replaced with PowerChute Serial Shutdown. There is no upgrade path from PowerChute Business Edition to PowerChute Serial Shutdown. You must uninstall Business Edition in the PowerChute Serial Shutdown.

PowerChute Business Edition is no longer available on SE.com or APC.com for download.

Version 9.0.1 to 10.0 64-bit Agent only. The 32-bit 9.0.1 Agent is not upgradable to version 10.0.
Version 10.0 to 10.0.1, 10.0.2, 10.0.3,10.0.4,10.0.5
Version 10.0.1 to 10.0.2 ,10.0.3,10.0.4,10.0.5
Version 10.0.2 to 10.0.3,10.0.4
Version 10.0.3 to 10.0.4,10.0.5
Version 10.0.4 to 10.0.5

Rest of the World (excluding Japan)
Version 9.5 to 10.0 64-bit Agent only. The 32-bit 9.5 Agent is not upgradable to version 10.0.
