Geo SCADA Mobile Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Geo SCADA Mobile (formerly ClearSCADA Mobile) application.

Schneider Electric is the author of this mobile application.

This application connects to customer infrastructure only, and does not connect to Schneider Electric systems, therefore questions regarding the privacy of the data this application transmits must be directed to the Owner of the Geo SCADA (formerly ClearSCADA) servers to which they connect to. This includes questions about where the data is stored, how it is transmitted and how it is secured.

In order to exercise the data protection rights granted under applicable data protection law, such as the rights to be informed, to access, to rectify, to withdraw consent, to request restriction or erasure, the right to object and data portability if applicable, you must make a request to the Owner of the Geo SCADA servers to which the mobile applications connect to.

The Data Controller is the owner of the Geo SCADA servers to which the Geo SCADA Mobile application connects to.

Geo SCADA Mobile optionally collects location data (geographic positioning data) if permitted by the user and sends this to the Owner's Geo SCADA server. Geo SCADA can be configured to store or discard this data. This configuration is per user account.

The Geo SCADA Mobile application reads the device status in order to uniquely identify the device to the Geo SCADA Mobile Server.

The application reads user Geo SCADA account data in order to store your credentials for logging in to the Geo SCADA Mobile Server.
