Olivier Blum is the Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric, effective November 4, 2024. Olivier has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2014. In his most recent role, he successfully led the company's fast-growing and world-class Energy Management business across all end markets, including data centers. Prior to that, he served as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer from 2020 to 2022, where he led the development of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and quality assurance. From 2014 to 2020, Olivier held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Schneider Electric, driving the company’s people strategy and earning recognition as France’s Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year in 2019 by Cadremploi, Morgan Phillips Hudson, Le Figaro Décideurs, and Fyte for his transformative leadership and cultural impact. Olivier began his career at Schneider Electric in 1993 in his home country of France. Over the past two decades, he has gained extensive international experience, holding key leadership roles in Asia including Regional Head of Strategy for China, Regional Managing Director for India, and a global role as Executive Vice President of the Home & Distribution division, based in Hong Kong. He has also been an independent director of Keppel Corporation and a member of its Sustainability and Safety Committees since May 2022. Gwenaelle Avice Huet leads the Industrial Automation business for Schneider Electric and has served on its Executive Committee since 2022. She is responsible for Schneider Electric’s global portfolio of automation and control solutions, which revolutionize industrial efficiency using robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT, digital tools, machinery, and software.Gwenaelle joined Schneider Electric in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, before entering the Executive Committee as Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer. For two years, she led Schneider Electric’s full business portfolio across Europe as Executive Vice President of Europe Operations, representing the company’s contribution to the development of the EU’s agenda to accelerate Europe’s green and digital transformation.Before joining Schneider Electric, Gwenaelle worked at ENGIE (formerly GDF SUEZ) in various roles, from Senior Vice-President of European and Regulatory Affairs, to leading the Renewable Energies business. In her last role, she was on the Executive Committee of ENGIE, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE North America and in charge of the Global Business Line on Renewable Energies.Gwenaelle started her career at the French National Centre for Scientific Research and the French Atomic Energy Commission on nuclear energy before joining the World Bank in Washington, D.C. as a consultant. She also worked for the service of the French Prime Minister within the General Secretary of European affairs with responsibility for energy and competitiveness matters, and as the advisor on energy and climate change for various ministers.Gwenaelle also serves on the Board of Air France – KLM. She holds a degree in Physics and Chemistry from the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, a post-graduate diploma in Molecular Chemistry from France’s Ecole Polytechnique, and an engineering degree from the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées. Laurent Bataille is Executive Vice President for Europe Operations since October 2025, driving both strategic direction and execution across the region. He has been a member of Schneider Electric’s Global Executive Committee since 2021, when he was appointed Executive Vice President for France.He began his career at Schneider Electric in 2004 within the Corporate Strategy & Acquisitions team and has since built a strong international profile across Europe and North America.From 2019 to 2021, Laurent led the Digital Energy Division, and between 2014 and 2018, he headed the EcoBuilding Division from Boston, US. Earlier in his career, he held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of the Solar Business in Canada, and Vice President of the Industry Division of Custom Sensors & Technologies Inc, based in California, US.Before joining Schneider Electric, Laurent was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique in France. 

Peter Weckesser is the Chief Digital Officer of Schneider Electric and a member of the Executive Committee since June 2020, when he joined the company. Prior to working at Schneider, Peter served as the Digital Transformation Officer of Airbus’ Defence & Space division since 2017. Before joining Airbus, Peter had extensive experience as a Senior Executive at Siemens, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of Siemens’ Product Lifecycle Management, leading the IoT and Digital Enterprise business and activities. He also held other executive-level positions with Siemens such as the CEO of Industry Services and CEO of Value Services.  Peter’s career began at Siemens where he worked in various roles in product management and development, including Director of Business Development in the United States. He holds a degree in physics as well as a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. Frédéric Godemel is Executive Vice-President for Energy Management and member of Schneider Electric’s Executive Committee effective January 2025. Prior to this role, Frédéric was the Executive Vice President for Power Systems and Services, acting as a strong advocate for electrification and decarbonization, often representing Schneider Electric at high-profile speaking engagements. He joined Schneider in 1990 and developed his international career around the power domain, spanning across low and medium voltage, energy automation, infrastructure and services. Caspar Herzberg has been Chief Executive Officer of AVEVA since March 2023 and is a member of the Schneider Electric Executive Committee. Before becoming CEO, he served as AVEVA’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. He previously led Schneider Electric’s business in more than 80 countries as President, Middle East & Africa, and has spent more than 25 years in the technology industry, including senior leadership positions at Cisco and Accenture. He is also an experienced military officer, having achieved the rank of Major (Reserve) in the German Federal Armed Forces. Caspar is the author of Smart Cities, Digital Nations and holds an MSc in International Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and a BA in Arabic & Modern Middle Eastern Studies from St. Anne’s College, University of Oxford.
