Bad number of segments gets returned after changing the configuration

Issue
Bad number of segments gets returnedafter changing the PLC configuration

Product Line
ProWORX 32 version 2.0C

Environment
Windows 7, Windows 10

Resolution
If you make a change to the PLC Configuration in the Offline mode and try to start the PLC
after downloading it, the error 'Bad number of segments' could get returned. This could happen
when the defined number of segments is smaller than 32 and the PLC type is changed or a change
is made in the 'Loadables' for the project. The segments may also appear to be out of order
when they are veiwed from the network navigation window after downloading the project.

To resolve the problem, switch to the 'Offline' mode, change the number of segments in the
Configuration window to the maximum number of 32, save the changes and download the project
to the PLC..
