Report pack '<name of pack>'may be corrupt..." error when attempting to install report pack via Web Reporter
Goals and Symptoms
You have verified the following:
· The file has been compressed using a standard utility (WinZip, 7Zip, Windows OS..)· The files in the Zip file are not corrupted. They can all be opened.
· There are no errors to in ANY of the RDL files
· All files required a present in the report pack: images, RDL files, and ReportPack.XML
· The ReportPack.xml file contains all the required elements for the report
Trying to install the report pack using the ReportPackUtil.exe indicates that a file may be missing as mentioned in the following error:
ERROR: The report pack does not contain an entry named <name of rdl>.drl.
Again you have confirmed that the required elements are present in the ReportPack.xml file and the syntax is correct.

Causes and Fixes
The problem in this particular instance might be the letter case of the files and/or elements in the ReportPack.xml file. Installation of report packs is case sensitive.
For example if you have a file called Tabular Report Matt.rdl however in the ReportPack.xml file TABULAR REPORT MATT.rdl is entered, this will cause a problem.
The case MUST match! Therefore Tabular Report Matt.rdl must be entered in this example.
