ATV61 or ATV71uses 4-20mA input speed signal to control the motor speed between LSP to HSP.

Cause:
They have low speed LSP set to 45 hz but they want the drives analog input to allow the drive to run between 0 to 60hz not low speed to high speed.
Resolution:
The Drive wills analog inputs will allow the drive to run between Low speed to high speed. If you want to have a low speed setting above 0 and still want the drive to follow 0 to 60hz then set the Reference Template Parameter (BSP) in Menu 1.5 to Pedestal mode.
