Why is my ATV61 or ATV71 drive stuck running at low speed and not following the analog input signal?
Issue:
ATV61 or ATV71 running at low speed and not following the analog input signal

Product Line:
Altivar ATV61 and ATV71

Environment
All:

Cause:
Drive is not following the 0-10 or 4-20ma

Resolution:
-Make sure your Ref 1 in menu 1.6 matches your analog input AI1 or AI2 that you are trying to use.
-Measure between the analog input and COM and make sure that you're actually getting the signal that you think is being sent to the drive
-Make sure that the analog input is programmed for the type of signal (voltage or current) that you're using
-If you are doing Reference switching make sure your logic is correct for switching between LI1 or LI2.
-Make sure you do not have any preset speeds turned on since hey will override your analog input signal.
-With the drive powered up and the customer's analog signal removed ohm across the A1 to com terminal and AI2 to com terminal to check the burden resistor values.  You should measure 30K ohms between Ai1 to com and 242 ohms between AI2 and com.
