Resolution:
*Warning: Irreparable database damage can occur. This procedure should only be performed by users familiar with SQL Server Management Studio. Databases should be backed up prior to performing this procedure.*

1) Open the attached .sql file in SQL Server Management Studio
2) Configure the 'SET Value =' to the desired behavior.
'true' = This will activate Audible alerts when there are Unacknowledged alarms.
'false' = This will activate Audible alerts only when there are Active alarms (default setting).
The Application Modules services do not need to be restarted after the query is executed as the change is picked up automatically.

Note: This article applies only to Power Monitoring Expert 8.2. In Power Monitoring Expert 9.0, the behavior of the audible alerts is now configurable in the Web Applications under Settings > Alarm Views
