Does the display show this message: Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter?


Causes and fixies
The file system on flash card is probably corrupted. To fix the problem is to insert the flash card with correct file system. This new CF card should be sent to you. Because the file system is linked with particular serial number you should provide the serial number of the device. When you/customer will receive the CF card the device should be uncovered and the card changed in the slot.

Please provide a text or photo of the message. Some description if necessary.
Precise type number, serial number of the device. It is labeled on back side of the device.
The address where the CF card with a new system should be delivered.
