Sometimes one of the components needed by SoMachine Gateway is not properly installed or was somehow damaged after installation.
As it is common component with other tools the XBTZ935 cable driver gets damaged. Try the following:
1) From Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, uninstall XBTZG935 cable driver service
2) Start SoMachine Configuration Manager, uninstall Gateway,
3) Restart PC
4) Install Gateway and all components it requires.
Notes :
-You will need the SoMachine v4.3 installation media.
-Earlier versions of SoMachine Gateway can benefit also.
