We are getting error message"C32CS Cannot open port" during communication with Easergy P543 relay .what is the reason for this?

Issue :
Error message "C32CS Cannot open port " appear in Micom P543 relay during communication.

Product line:
Easergy P543

Resolution:
It's linked with the Easergy Studio installation. A proper installation of Easergy Studio shall prevent this issue.

After installation ,Please check if ports are set correctly (COM port number) &
Please check, if they used Ethernet connection and propose they use "Quick Connect" with defaults (beside IP addr) if you will communicate though Ethernet
