The TH110 should be associated with a Zigbee concentrator such as ZBRN32,but this one has a Modbus Serial Line Communication .

Accordingly, and as per the attached drawing (Pages from AAM74807 Ind A.pdf) the ZBRN32 can be linked to a PLC. The PLC reads the data of the ZBRN32 (temperature given by TH110) and the PLC could communicate to the Scada by a TCP/IP link by Modbus protocol.
