Issue:
Setting up the reference template on the ATV320 drive for pedestal mode.

Cause:
Customer wants to have his 4-20mA reference signal follow 0 to 60hz even with a low speed setting on the drive of 10hz.

Resolution:
To adjust your speed reference for a 0-100% reference for 0-60hz please adjust the following.
CONF, FULL, I/O menu, BSP
Change to bLS= Pedestal mode.
This will allow 0 speed to be 0 reference instead of using LSP as 0 reference.
