ATS480 No Power Communication Error

What is a No Power Communication error on a ATS480 soft start?

Resolution:

This fault is saying there is No Communication with the soft start while CL1 and CL2 are present.

Can power down the soft start and check all the inner connections.

Would also suggest to check the firmware version of the soft start.

This fault can occur if there is a hardwire failure with the soft start.
