How to retrieve Log Files from the CRD Head Module

1. Open EAE Buildtime and load the EAE Solution currently running on your controller.

2. Navigate to the Deploy & Diagnostics tab.

3. Log in to the device controlling the CRD head module.

4. Stop the controller by going to Action > Device actions > Stop from the Deploy & Diagnostics tab.

5. Go to the System tab, then Physical Devices, and click Start Monitoring.

6. Right-click on the CRD and select Fetch logs.

A pop-up message will confirm that the fetch was successful and display the file name and location.

7. Open File Explorer and navigate to the directory specified in the message. For EAE 24.1, the default location is:
C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\EcoStruxure Automation Expert 24.1\StudioLog

8. Send the file to Technical Support for analysis.
