Closing an online store: Frequently asked questions

• When will the eshop close?

  1.      The eShop will close in the following stages:

  • Last Order Date: 17 August 2026 (no new orders can be placed after this date)
  • Purchase Access Removal: immediately after Last Order Date (website will no longer be accessible for purchases)
  • User Account Removal: 30 days after Last Order Date (access to user accounts will be terminated)
  • Limited Access Period: eShop, product literature, and content pages will be available for a certain amount of time after Last Order Date
  • Final Closure: shop URL will be discontinued after the Limited Access Period
• Can I still place orders?

  1.   No, order placement is only available until 17 August 2026 - Last Order Date. After this date:

  • No new orders can be placed
  • The website will be closed for purchases
  • The "Add to Cart" and "Checkout" functions will be disabled

  Please note that any orders placed before the Last Order Date will be processed normally. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team.
• What happens to my pending orders?

  All pending orders placed before the Last Order Date, 17 August 2026, will be:

  • Processed normally
  • Fulfilled without any impact or delay
  • Shipped according to our standard delivery schedule

• How do I view my previous orders?

  Access to your user account will be removed 30 days after the Last Order Date. Please ensure that you save any previous order information before this deadline. Additionally, you could refer to your email inbox, where you could find, if not deleted, order confirmation emails with order details from previous purchases.
• Can I still return or exchange products?

  • Returns: Yes, you can still request returns within the permissible return period outlined in our Terms of Sale. Please contact our Customer Support team at za-ccc@se.com.
  • Warranty Claims: For warranty-related claims. Please contact our Customer Support team at za-ccc@se.com.
• How do I contact customer support?

• What about products under warranty?

  • Important: Access to your user account will be removed 30 days after the eShop closure date. Please save your order history and account information before this deadline.
  • Note: If you have an account with Schneider Electric for other services, your login credentials (username and password) will remain active and unaffected by the eShop closure.
• Can I still access product information manuals or instructions?

  Yes, product information will be available for a limited time until the final eShop closure (see question “When will the eShop close“ for details). Additionally, you can find relevant product information and resources on our main website: https://www.se.com/za/en.
