Resolution:
Schneider Electric cannot provide S&C Fault Fiter Fuses for its HVL switches.
This electronic fuse is only available from S&C and they will not sell this fuse to other switch manufacturers.
An alternate could be a Visi/Vac Circuit Interrupter or a MasterClad drawout circuit breaker.
