Can a QO breaker be converted from a QO plug on to a QOB bolt on or vice versa?

Is it possible to convert a QO breaker to a QOB breaker?

The QO breakers cannot be converted to bolt on mounting, nor can the QOB breakers be converted to plug on mounting.
