Schneider Electric announces the end-of-life and end-of-support in North America for theWiserAirThermostat and the decommissioning of theWiserAirThermostat mobile and web applications.
The Schneider Electric Support Team will continue to help customers still using the product until servers are decommissioned.
Wiser Air models

Wiser Air can only be controlled via the thermostat if the application servers are down or unable to access the Wiser Air account.
