Remove Everlink Terminals from LC1D40A-65A

Resolution:
Make sure your device is not powered during the removal process.
1. Make sure the screws are loose on the everlink terminal side you want to replace
2. Press from the base of the terminal using both thumbs until the everlink terminal slides out
