When to contact SRC
Contact SRC in the following scenarios

  • SRC Agents can release licenses making it possible to activate the license again on the same server or on a different server.
  • They can also raise the return limit (default is 2 per calendar year).
  • SRC Agents can help you solve any activation Issue
  • SRC contact information is available from help/support menu from the License Manager or Floating License Manager.

SRC Agents cannot troubleshoot licensing issues, please address to the technical support team

SRC Agents cannot issue new licenses or trial extensions. If the Trial expires, can provide an extension upon request
