Power Monitoring Expert v9.0: Web Dashboard Table gadget fails to show real-time data.
Issue
In PME Web Application Dashboards > Table Gadget fails to show real-time data (shown as below).

You may observe below errors in PME System log-
  • Provider Engine request did not complete successfully for RealTime Data.
  • Exception caught in method GetRealTimeData: The requested service, 'http://localhost/WebServices/WebRealTime.svc'; could not be activated. See the server's diagnostic trace logs for more information.

Environment
Power Monitoring Expert v9.0 – Web Application > Dashboards > Table Gadget

Cause
> If the issue is only with web real-time tables and working fine in Vista diagrams, then the cause could be insufficient resources in which PME is installed.

> If real-time data is not working both in PME WebApp and Vista diagrams then issue could be with the windows services related to PME might be stopped.

Resolution
> For the first cause, identify which program causing load (RAM/CPU) on the machine. If RAM consumption is high (say >90%) caused by MS SQL, then limit the memory SQL Server memory as per the recommendations in PME System Guide.

After this restart the windows service 'ION ApplicationModules CoreServicesHost' and refresh the web browser to see if it fixes the issue.
Refer KB article FA213995 - How To Limit SQL Server Memory Usage?
> Check if required windows services related to PME (ION) are started/running. If any required service (ION Real Time Data Service) is not running, start the same.
