Issue:
Customer has a ATS480 and when it is powered up it shows “Welcome to Schneider” boot up screen. They state it takes about 8 seconds for the Soft start to boot up and
it’s unacceptable for their process. Any way to reduce the start-up process?

Resolution:
The ATS480 have a software and hardware control that is different compared to ATS48.
After a power on of Control voltage (CL1-CL2), the starter needs about 6.5 secs for the wake up.
The reason the boot time is higher on ATS480:
The flash memory is larger and there is a increase in the time of the initialization of the file system.
ATS480 embeds a secure boot and the firmware integrity check time is significant.
Unfortunately, there is not a way to reduce this time.
