How to download PAS logs?

Environment:
PAS 600 and PAS800
Resolution:
After any issue is detected please make sure to collect PAS logs for analysis.
Go to Maintenance tab then click on logs
Then click on “Export all Logs”
This action will download a compressed zip file (example of a zip file name: PAS600L_542021210080_diagnostic_20240820-0919.zip) .Please send this zip file located in the "Download" directory of your computer to your local technical support team for further investigation
