PME - Blank TGML Diagrams issue

Issue

In Power Monitoring Expert none of the TGML Diagrams are opening in the latest Chrome browser. All that shows is a blank page.

Resolution

The issue has appeared following a recent upgrade in Chrome that has disabled mutation events flag.

The resolution is do the following:

- Open up Chrome and navigate to chrome://flags/ in the address bar

- Once there type in the search bar deprecated. It should bring up the following in the below screenshot.

- Enable that and close the browser.

- Open up the Web Applications again and see if you can view Diagrams now
