Com'X 200 is inaccessible from Browser

Issue

My Com'X 200 is inaccessible from a web browser. The gateway itself is still functioning as gateways and pulse inputs.

Resolution

There is possibility that the Com'X is not on the latest Firmware Version. The latest firmware version for the Com'X 200 is version 3.5.54.

Depending on the Firmware Version you are on, you may need to upgrade to firmware version 2.1 first.

After that you can upgrade to firmware version 3.5.54.

Note: Firmware Version 3.5.54 is the final firmware version that is available for for the ComX 200. As there is limited to no support for the ComX 200, if the firmware upgrade does not assist with the Communication issue you may have to move to a different product like Panel Server.
