Product:
PowerChute Network Shutdown version 5.2
Environment:
Nutanix AHV 10.3, AOS 7.3
Cause:
The Files Start command fails when issued shortly after the cluster startup completes.
Solution:
Increase Cluster Start duration to allow enough time between cluster start and attempt to re-start Nutanix Files. This may need to be set between 10 and 15 minutes.
