What is Generator Mode and how do I enable / disable Generator Mode on the SRTG UPS Models?

Issue:
What is Generator Mode and how do I enable / disable Generator Mode on the SRTG UPS Models?

Product Line:
SRTG5KXLI, SRTG6kXLI, SRTG15KXLI, SRTG20KXLI

Environment:
All models, All serial numbers

Cause:
UPS goes to battery frequently when on generator or with bad quality utilty power

Resolution:

Generator mode lowers the UPS sensitivity of the UPS input circuity and so will be more accepting of lower power quality, preventing the UPS going to battery as frequently.

As the Network card firmware for the SRTG models is the same as the other Smart UPS Models that do not have the Generator Mode Feature, this setting cannot be enabled on the NMC web UI.

The feature can be enabled or disabled from the UPS display.
