Issue
Cannot see tags in the variable pop up window for HMI services (i.e., E-mail, Recipedb, ,etc).in web Designer

Environment
Windows 10

Resolution
When you click on the '...' button in the E-mail service for the Web designer application, no tags are shown in the pop up window.

The reason why the issue is occurring is because the 'Persistence' check box is not selected in the variable tab.


To resolve the issue:

• Open the device variables tab:

• Select the 'checkbox under the column named 'Persistent'.
• Save the changes.

• Double click on the '...' icon to open the 'Variable selection window.
