Cause
Typically each power meter has its own set of CT's and PT's. It may be desirable to share a voltage or current source from one of the PT's or CT's.

Resolution
The ION and PM meters can share CTs and PTs with other meters.

In this case the meters will be displaying the same voltage, current and power.  Sometimes this connection may be used in conjunction with a relay.
