Damaged components in the Altivar Process AC Drive

Resolution:
Limited spare parts are available for the drive. Only the heatsink cooling fan is available for customer order and install. Other spare parts may be available for purchase, but would have to be installed by Schneider Electric Field Services.  Check with Drive Products Support Group for details. Drives can also be repaired at the Schneider-Electric Repair Facility in Greensboro, NC.

For other enclosure parts such as fans, relays, pushbuttons, selector switches, pilot lights, filters, etc...contact DPSG with the Factory Order number (Q2C, or drawing number) to check with the plant for a Bill of Material.
